We use Rapid Global to induct staff as part of our risk, safety and compliance management process.

This ensures a consistent and transparent approach to these responsibilities while managing the currency of training.


Our staff are trained extensively in WHS requirements prior to commencing work on any site and are regularly updated with additional workplace information via toolbox meetings and refresher training.

Our technology systems ensure all personnel attending your sites are appropriately inducted and fully accredited before commencing work.


Communication is key. Our high level of staff retention and ongoing internal and external communications ensure that service continuity is maintained.

Communications are tailored to suit the requirements of you and your clients. We also have a 24/7 call centre for immediate communication.
